about Taxes and duties

Return and refund

At AutoAddictHub, we take pride in providing high-quality products to empower technicians to monitor vehicle health, optimize performance, and to keep drivers informed and protected on the road. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we provide a 15-Day Returns Service after delivery.

Step 1

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you a shipping label with return address.

Step 2

Please put the product with all of its accessories, free gifts and manuals back into its original box. You need to ship the item back to the address on the shipping label. Once package was picked up by post office, please get back to provide us the tracking number.

Step 3

Once we receive the products and our staff check all is fine, you will get a confirmation by email. Then your money will be paid back within 3 business days in the same way you made the purchase.

Who pays for the shipping Cost?

If the item is being returned for a quality reason, such as damage, fault and malfunction, or you receive a wrong item, please contact us and show pictures of the damage, video for the malfunctions. We will cover the cost of shipping in such cases.
However, If you are not satisfied with the item you bought or change your mind, you can get a full refund or exchange it for another item you want. But the buyer needs to be responsible for the return shipping fee.
